Activision Blogger Holds Gamers Responsible for Elite PS3 DLC Confusion

The two maps, Liberation and Piazza, were released exclusively for Call of Duty Elite premium subscribers playing on the Xbox 360. This has obviously left PS3 Elite members confused and questioning. Rayman Origins, Ubisoft’s beautiful platformer, released on the Wii, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 last year to several plaudits and critical acclaim. A noticeable omission from the release platforms was the PC. Fans of the Rayman series were annoyed and perplexed that Rayman Origins would not be playable on that platform. However that has all changed as Ubisoft has announced on March 30th, Rayman Origins will be available for retail purchase and download. Ubisoft also announced that the Playstation Vita port will be available February 14th.

The “do I buy a PSVita?” Dilemma

With Sony’s new handheld only a month away, tech fanatics, fan boys and gaming enthusiasts (probably a few spoiled brats as well) are counting their cash wondering whether the PlayStation Vita is worth the gamble. I hesitate to use the word gamble, but with possibly over £300 on the line it’s difficult to say anything else...venture, perhaps? Whatever, point is, will the PSVita be worth the cash on release, should we wait for the inevitable price reductions, or should we avoid it completely. I don’t have an answer, but I can let you know what I think.
