street_fighter_x_tekkenLast week, social sound platform SoundCloud announced that it has reached a massive 10 million users. Today, Capcom have announced that they will be teaming up with SoundCloud for a UK PR campaign, in which community members will create their own tracks using vocal samples from both Street Fighter and Tekken games. The top shortlisted tracks will then be showcased at the Street Fighter X Tekken launch in London on the 29th of February and one finalist from each game will be picked to battle it out and produce an ultimate winner.

Two weeks ago we went through the rather depressing announcement that THQ had handed pink slips to 75 employees at their California offices and last week we saw their Australian offices let go of 14 more employees.
